FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEHAMILAN RISIKO TINGGI EMPAT TERLALU (4T) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TULUNG SELAPAN

High risk pregnancies (4T) are pregnant women who are too old (> 35 years), too young (< 20 years), too many (> 4 children), and too close or far away (childbirth distance < 2 years or > 5 years). Knowledge is the result of sensing or knowing about an object. Contraception is the regulation of pregnancy using devices or methods with the aim of delaying, spacing, and ending infertility. Health IEC is the process of conveying messages and information through promotional activities with the primary goal of solving problems within the community. General objectives Knowing the factors associated with risky pregnancy in the Tulung Selapan Health Center Work Area, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in 2024. The research method is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design, the sample size is 50 respondents, collecting data through questionnaires and observations. The research was conducted on May 20 to July 20. Based on the results of statistical tests, the p value = 0.002 (knowledge), p value = 0.018 (contraceptive use), p value = 0.009 (health IEC). Conclusion It is hoped that health workers at the health center can provide educational and promotive efforts to the community regarding the incidence of risky pregnancies and their prevention efforts.
