Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • That the manuscript with the title has never been published and is free from plagiarism.
  • That the author is willing to complete the scientific article manuscript as specified in the LOA (letter of acceptance), until it is submitted to the publisher of Jurnal Kesehatan Indra Husada Indramayu.
  • That the manuscript with the title submitted is part of the field of science:
    a. Public health,
    b. Nursing,
    c. Midwifery.

Author Guidelines

A. General Instructions Articles received are original, have not been and / or are in the process published in other journals, all articles have been approved by the ethics committee and articles involving human subjects have received informed consent and written following the American Psychological Association (APA) edition 6 In 2009. The author must ensure that all auxiliary authors have agreed. All articles will be discussed and reviewed by experts and the editorial board. Articles that need improvement will be returned to the author. B. Article Writing Articles are written using Times New Roman letters, size 12 with space 1.5. Distance of left edge 4 cm, right edge 3 cm, top edge 3 cm, and bottom edge 3 cm. Article length of at least 10 pages and maximum of 15 pages, with A4 paper. Fill mean of maximum 3000 words, written in 2 column format. Each page is numbered sequentially starting from the title page to the last page. C. Structure of Writing The structure of writing in Indraayu Indra Husayn Medical Journal is as follows: Title, Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Research Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Suggestions, and References. The following are outlined guidelines of each writing structure: 1. Title Page The title page contains the title of the article (Title no more than 12 words, written short, clear and no abbreviations), author's name (No title), Affiliate author (Name of department and institution, institutional address), author's e-mail address, Hand phone. 2. Abstract Abstracts for each article written in Indonesian and English, written in a single column format. The abstract form is written briefly and clearly per paragraph describing the background, methods, results, conclusions, and suggestions (implications) of the research. Abstracts are written in 1 space spacing with no more than 150 words in words accompanied by a keyword (key word) consisting of 3-5 keywords and the order is arranged alphabetically. 3. Table The tables are arranged in a row, each table should be briefly titled and placed above the table, the title of the table is capitalized at the beginning of the word, except for the foreground. The maximum number of tables in each article is 6 tables. Writing table title in reverse pyramid form. 4. Photos / Pictures / Diagrams Photos / Pictures / Diagrams arranged sequentially and given a short title and placed on Photos / Pictures / Diagrams with a maximum of 3 pieces. 5. References The bibliography is written by the rules of APA, the references are written in alphabetical order. A minimum referral number of 50% is taken from the journal. Year published reference 80% of the last 10 years. Avoid referral in the form of personal communication (personal communication). Here's an example of writing a reference: a.
