PERBANDINGAN KUALITAS KOMPRESI JANTUNG LUAR DENGAN TEKNIK KOMPRESI BERTUMPU DAN TIDAK BERTUMPU (MANNEQUIN STUDY)

Abstract

Keberhasilan Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation(CPR) dipengaruhi oleh kecepatandalam penanganan dan kualitas kompresi. Kualitas kompresi jantung luar dipengaruhi olehbeberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah teknik kompresi jantung luar. Tujuan penelitian iniadalah mengidentifikasi perbandingan kualitas kompresi jantung luar dengan teknik bertumpudan tidak bertumpu pada dada.
Metode penelitian ini menggunakanQuasy Experiment denganCross Over Designmenggunakan simulator resusitasi yang melibatkan 88 responden mahasiswa Program ProfesiNers. Responden dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis bivariatmenggunakanDependent T-TestdanWilcoxon.
Hasil Uji Bivariat menggunakan uji parametrik Dependent T-Test dan Wilcoxonmenunjukkan kualitas kompresi jantung luar dengan teknik tidak bertumpu pada dada lebihbaik dibandingkan teknik bertumpu pada dada denganp-value< 0.05 (p-valuekeberhasilankompresi = 0.000,p-valuerekoil dada = 0.000,p-value tekanan kedalaman = 0.038,p-valuekedalaman = 0.002,p-valuekecepatan = 0. 000)
Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kualitas kompresi jantung luar dengan teknik tidak bertumpu lebih baik dibandingkan dengan teknik bertumpu yang dilakukan pada simulatorresusitasi. Peneliti merekomendasikan teknik tidak bertumpu pada dada dengan cara mengangkat tumit tangan selama melakukan kompresi jantung luar untuk meningkatkan kualitas kompresi.
