Evaluasi Program Imunisasi Dasar Lengkap Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Plumbon Kabupaten Indramayu
Abstract
Complete basic immunization coverage in Indramayu Regency in 2020 is 55.8% and the Plumbon Community Health Center which is a community health center with the lowest UCI Village coverage in Indramayu Regency, which is 66.7%. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the complete basic immunization program at the Plumbon Community Health Center, Indramayu Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of the study stated that there were limitations in logistical needs such as the lack of vaccine stock, resulting in program achievements not being achieved and the limitations of the organizers resulting in dual tasks for the organizers, the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on immunization service activities, monitoring activities were only carried out by program managers because the Head of the Puskesmas responsible as medical personnel in the implementation of the immunization program. The conclusions in this study are seen from the planning, organization, implementation and supervision are still not optimal. Therefore, it is recommended to improve planning in the implementation of the immunization program
